Hi, I'm Vandana.

I'm a Brooklyn based writer, literary events curator, and dancer who lives to tell stories, and works to create spaces where others can tell theirs, too.  

Formerly the Programs Manager at the Asian American Writers' Workshop, I'm currently working on programs at the New York Public Library, the largest public library system in the nation. I also freelance as a culture, entertainment, and lifestyle journalist. I'm always available for writing assignments, event collaborations, and beyond.
